My work has focused on legal issues involving expats, foreign nationals, migrants, child protection, and intellectual property disputes from a structural perspective.
I participate in legislative and practical discussions through the Ministry of Justice’s Immigration policy committee, Korean Bar Association’s committees on international human rights and refugees and migrants.
I have continuously provided legal counseling to foreign residents and expats through public support institutions.
As a member of a School Violence Review Committee, I have gained firsthand experience in how child protection decisions are made within institutional frameworks.
As a mediator in intellectual property disputes, I have worked on resolving conflicts at the pre-litigation stage.
I am currently expanding my understanding of international criminal and human rights law through ongoing study, practice and engagement with global discussions.
